These men were trying so hard not to laugh at the performers across the street, it was funny to watch. All the business and street level residences were boarded up for the 3 days of Carnival!

The Walled city of St. Malo has a special Quebec embassy.

These stands were all over the island selling all kinds of produce, flowers and plants. It all works on the honor system and cash boxes are fastened to the stands. That's something you would never see in London!
